Meat in broth

Beef Fondue Broth

This broth can be used to cook small pieces of pork, chicken or beef at a fondue party.  It can also be used for vegetables. Patience is required while the meat cooks, so we suggest having a platter of vegetables and breads (and our cheese fondue) available for guests to eat while they wait.
