1 t. vanilla
1 t. lemon juice
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup milk
1/4 t. kosher salt
1 cup chopped semisweet chocolate or mini chocolate chips, if desired
Put 3/4 lb. (12 oz.) frozen cherries, vanilla, lemon juice, sugar, cream, milk and salt in a blender. Process until smooth. Refrigerate mixture until ready to process.
