Brown Sugar Cinnamon Grilled Pineapple
Traditionally a Brazilian dish, this sweetened pineapple can be served with ice cream or as a side dish.
Total Time: 10 minutes
1 pineapple, core removed and cut into wedges
1 t. ground cinnamon
pinch kosher salt
1 cup brown sugar
Heat grill to medium. Place brown sugar, salt and cinnamon in a gallon-sized bag and mix together. Add pineapple wedges into bag in batches until they are covered with the sugar mixture. Place wedges on the grill and turn until every side has grill mark, about 2-4 minutes total.
