Mozzarella Dip

A vegetable tray can serve a crowd, while offerring a healthy choice for all of your guests. 

Servings: Approximately 24

2 cups mayo

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese

1 T. diced shallots

1 t. sugar

1/4 t. garlic salt

1/4 t. seasoned salt

1/2 t. garlic and herb seasoning

1 1/2 T. chopped fresh chives

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, reserving 1/2 T. chives for garnish.   Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.  Serve with raw vegetables or tortilla chips.
