These healthy celery sticks are filled with a tangy and flavorful cream cheese filling for an easy appetizer.

5 stalks of celery (cut into 2 inch pieces)
8 oz. cream cheese
10 pimento stuffed green olives (kalmata olives)
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Dash of garlic salt
Chives to garnish
Clean and cut celery stalks into 2 inch pieces. Dice the Kalmata olives and stir into softened cream cheese. Add garlic salt and parmesan cheese - stir to combine. Place 2 teaspoons of cream cheese mixture onto each celery piece. Serve immediately or refrigerate until time to serve.
