Pina Colada

No other drink can transport your guests to their own tropical paradise faster than a pina colada.  This drink should be served immediately after its made, but the blending of the drinks can add to the party atmosphere and give your guests some added anticipation as they wait for their own drink of paradise.

Total Time: 5 minutes

Servings:  4

Pina Colada, Easy Tropical Drink

Ingredients: 

Directions:

2 cups chilled pineapple juice

​

1 (15 oz.) can cream of coconut (recommended Coco Lopez)

​

2 spoonfuls canned crushed pineapple

​

2 T. heavy cream, optional, but the original pina colada recipe contained cream 

​

1 cup ice

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until mixed.  Pour into a glasses to serve.  Garnish glasses with pineapple wedges or maraschino cherries.   We rubbed Karo syrup around the rim of the glasses and rolled them in coconut for an extra tropical look.
