Restaurant Style Salsa
This salsa is perfect for a party. It is quick, delicious and feeds a crowd. The recipe is slightly adapted from Ree Drummond's recipe, and is a sure-fire palate pleaser.
Total Time: 10 minutes
Two 10-ounce cans diced tomatoes and green chiles, such as Rotel
One 28-ounce can whole tomatoes with juice
3/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 jalapeno chopped, seeds and membrane removed
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 whole lime, juiced
Add all ingredients to a (12-cup) food processor and pulse 10 times. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
