Triple Chocolate Mousse Brownie Bites
Delicious and decadent, these small desserts pack big taste. If you do not have small cups to serve them in, make an 8X8 or 9X9 sized pan of brownies and cover with mousse layers after brownies have cooled and cut into squares.
Ingredients:
Brownies:
1 package brownie mix prepared according to directions (If you are making small-sized containers, we recommend a 13X9 inch mix)

Dark Chocolate Mousse:
3 T. cocoa powder

6 T. hot water

8 oz. bittersweet chocolate, broken into small pieces

1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

2 T. sugar

pinch of salt

White Chocolate Mousse:

1 T. water

3/4 t. gelatin

1 cup white chocolate chips

1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

Directions:
Prepare brownies according to directions. Cool completely. If serving in small containers, use a container to cut the brownies into the correct size and place brownies pieces inside each container.

Prepare chocolate mousse. Mix water and cocoa. Melt chocolate in a small saucepan or in a microwave, stirring frequently.

Beat whipping cream, sugar and salt until cream forms peaks.

Stir cocoa powder and chocolate mixtures together. Add 1/3 of the whipped cream and fold it into the chocolate mixtures until mixed. Add remaining cream and gently fold just until mixed. Divide chocolate mousse among containers. Place in refrigerator while you prepare the chocolate mousse.

Prepare white chocolate mousse. Place water in a small bowl and sprinkle gelatin on top. Heat 1/2 cup heavy cream on the stove just until it begins to boil. Pour over white chocolate chips. Stir until completely smooth and allow to cool for several minutes. Meanwhile, beat cream until the mixture forms stiff peaks. Fold 1/3 of the whipping cream into the white chocolate mixture until mixed. Fold remaining cream into the white chocolate mixture. Spoon on top of chocolate mousse mixture. Refrigerate mixture for several hours until ready to serve. Can be made a day in advance. Grate chocolate on top if desired.
