White Chocolate Mousse
This sweet spread is a great combination with almost any other crepe topping--especially strawberries and raspberries.
Add a side that compliments your menu:
2 cups heavy whipping cream
6 ounces white chocolate, melted
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
¾ t. vanilla
Beat the cream with electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Set aside. Use same beaters to blend remaining ingredients in a separate bowl until well mixed. Fold whipped cream into white chocolate mixture until just combined. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Can be made a day in advance.
